why don't you say exactly where your office is instead? I don't think too many people here are keen to bring up a map and start guessing where your office is located only to be able to suggest suitable condos for you...

You can try with Eshan Ria Condo (jalan 1 1/2) near University Hospital.

There's one condo called Astana Damansara which is quite near your office (walking distance in theory). Rent there will most likely be a bit more than 2K for fully furnished (2.5K should be sufficient). I'm pretty sure there's not any cheaper condo than that around that area.

But for food and groceries you probably need a car (there's a cold storage around 2km from the condo)

If you get a car and drive to work then there's probably better options than Astana (better and cheaper)... Just a bit of advice if you plan to drive there, the traffic around there is quite bad  between 5-8pm (was always jam there but now even worse with the MRT construction going on)

Ehsan Ria as mentioned by mathisutha should also be pretty good, but budget still 2K+ and definitely going to need transportation from there.
