My name is d. Mokhless
Recently I've got a chance to work in the Euro Queens Hotel, as聽 health doctor and salary is about 4000 pounds per month
Is this salary enough to live a decent life in London (Please note that I am married and I have two children)
How much of that salary is truncated as income tax

I have never heard of a hotel in the UK employing a doctor. Are you sure this is not a scam? Have they asked you to send them money?

they send me a contract and I signed on it and send back, after I had sent all the required documents , they asked me one last document which is British Overseas Labour Approval(BOLC0). and they told me to pay a sum 257 GBP as a fee for obtaining that document from the office which is Emai adress;

and after I paid the聽 mentioned amount, I will finally obtain the work permit/ visa tier2 to travell and work in the Euro queens HOTEL
NOTE;the HR MANAGER OF THAT HOTEL IS TOMAS JERY

This sounds very much like a scam. I don't think there is any such thing as Bolco. The correct url for the hotel is below. You should contact them to verify your information is valid
