Senior Recruitment Opportunities - California

Post new topic

londonlady

Hi,

My boyfriend and I are currently living in London and are seriously discussing the possibility of a move out to CA however everything really depends on the employment situation out there.

I am 25 and a Recruitment Consultant(specialising in mid-senior level Financial Technology Sales) and my boyfriend is a Manager within the same company and runs a team which specialises in placing mid-senior level Java professionals.

Can anyone shed some more light as to what the potential career opportunities are in CA and if recruitment is a big market?

Many thanks

LondonLady

Hello Robert Knox

Canadian needing to get to So. Cal.  Just finishing Docotoral level degree in Education.  Seems that finding work and moreover a recruiter is impossible.  What am I missing?

I would say recruitment is more of an 'old boys' network that can be hard to get your bearings in. Yeah it's like that in some ways but don't give up.
