Wedding gift for friend moving to Norway?

My Canadian friend is graduating from an American college, immediately getting married, and moving to Norway to play hockey.聽 I'd appreciate ideas for a wedding gift . . .聽 maybe something that is hard to find in Norway.聽聽I don't want to give money.聽 Thank you so much!

Maybe a small selection of 'Canadian' favorites or goodies to remind her of 'home' on the odd days when you wonder why you are in a strange land!
