ALL,

Appreciate your advice please. If my contract for 24 months, the employer intent to terminate it by month of 20. If there is any compensation packages for me on this scenario ?

In other scenario, if my contract for 24 months, however by month of 22, I intent to tender of my resignation. If there any penalty fee to be applied for me because incomplete of the said contract ? Any impact on this scenario ?

For the both scenario, am I entitle for EOS/end of service package ?

Highly appreciate your opinion and comment please.

All contracts are different in nature.. It is what you agreed upon.. Some companies ask for a 3 months advance notice before resignation.. while some may ask for 1 month..

Also there must be a clause in your contract which say's what consequences you might face if you resign before the contractual period..

Therefore my friend.. it is you who know what is written in your contract..
