A friend of mine just got one at a shop behind Hotel Kabir. I believe it is 2 blocks behind the hotel right across from an office for an airline (Saudi Arabian maybe?). Sorry I don聮t have more specifics but hope this helps!

..there is one shop on Omar Al Mokhtar street and one on Gurgi Road.
plus many others in the down town area and Ghergaresh Road.
