hi everyone. My name is Alexander and I wish to move to Egypt. I own a few telecommunication shops in Frankfurt and would like to open an office in Egypt. Can someone point out for me the monthly cost for 2 rooms office rental, cleaning services, secretary fees, utility bills etc.?

- for 2 or 3聽 bed room office the price is different according to the location
- in Special location in maadi which have many foreigners it start from 1000 $ rent for month
in other location that have many offices also in location called Zahraa el maadi ( you can Google all and see location on map ) it start from 3500 - 4000 L.e or 570$
- in New Cairo which consider also very very good location but need a car so you can move easy , very clean office start from 6000 l.e or 850 $
- for secretary Salary for example fresh graduate start from 1500 l.e 215 $ and for sure increase according to the experience needed and nationality also
- utilities will differ so much according to your use - water and gas if exist very cheap
- Electricity as your use if using all time air conditions it could start from 700 l.e or 100$

Could you tell me what kind of telecommunication business?can you further explain so i can help you? Cell phones/ tablets?
what do you plan to do in Egypt specifically?
I would help you really with decisions i was studying making a similar business in High Quality Chinese Android phones/ tablets (which doesn`t exist in Egypt almost) but on halt at the moment.
(that's not a business offer and i seek nothing really but to help in case you are worried.)

and regarding prices, i think what Ms. Heba said are the common ranges for a Mediocre level office/ shop in a known spot.
