I'm a freelance writer who's looking to make friends in Norway

Hi everyone.

I'm a freelance writer and poet from England who's recently moved to Norway. I'm currently volunteering on a campsite near Oslo with the intention of getting my own place later on in the year. I'm looking to make friends with people in the area and further afield in Norway. (:

I'll tell you a little bit about myself, so if you think I might be 'up your street' you might want to get in touch. I'm a twenty seven year old black metal fan, with a life-long passion for all things northerly. The majority of my poetry is based around polar studies, and northerly subjects such as Inuit culture. I'm passionate about performance poetry and would really like to find some places in the area where I can perform my work.

As well as being a writer and poet, I'm also an experienced creative/therapeutic writing  workshop facilitator and public speaker, specialising in mental health and how creativity can assist wellbeing. In the future I would really like to lead workshops over here, so if anyone has any idea about contacts I should start making, I'd be really grateful! I'm currently learning Norwegian. (:

Here's a link to one of my blogs:

That's enough about me for now. Looking forward to hearing from anyone!
