I know couple of leather factories in Istanbul the asian side, but far from the fair 
use the highway (E80) or they call it "TEM" and take last exit to Istanbul on this road "Orhanli exit" then drive to aydınlı and from there you start to ask for direction, its an industrial zone for leather and other goods idk 
actually just follow the terrible smell    and you will find all these factories

You are saying unicera and leather..both two are different things...i could not combine these 2.

Can I go to this area using Metro

You can go by metrobus. Tuyap is the last stop at the west part of metrobus line.
