Hi guys
I will be with you
I m from saudi arabia
I m in D1 now
McD is a short 15 min walk from my place. See you all tomorrow.
See you there - and thanks for organising the meetup Richard, great initiative.
As a suggestion, in future you might want to consider posting in the Expats in Ho Chi Minh Facebook group (facebook.com/groups/expatshcmc) as that is quite active.
Thank you for your suggestion. But I am not really a fan of facebook. Just helping some fellow expats in this forum is enough for me. I think here need more support. Right guys?

Hi Richard,
It was wonderful get together as the McD air condition really help on the very hot day. The short walk to the crab noodle place is good planning too. Enjoy the crab soup, and all of us never would have found this place if not of you. Thanks.
I'm vietnamese can i join you guys
Hi Xu,
Thanks for arranging the get together last evening at Novotel. I had a great time meeting new people and hope to become friends. As i mentioned to you for the next get together you may want to consider Cafe Central in D1, it has outdoor seating after 6pm and the price point is decent.
Below is the link. I look forward to seeing everyone again next time.

Since many 20Somethings expats dislike mingling with Over50's expats (and vice-versa) it might be a good idea to have 2 groups of Expats. I'm going to investigate if there is any interest from the Over50's to meet up.

Hi, have you picked out a place to meet this Wednesday?
hi..i am back to my country for a week and will be back on monday. Glad there are more people interested to meet up. From my understanding...there are not age gap between expat when meet up . Its just that some group just want to have drinking buddies, some cafe buddies some finding good meals together. But most would like to share experiences and learn from each other. It depands what individual wants. There has been request to indulge in good street food so i may organized another soon. See you all soon
