Question: Is it possible to get a Canadian employment offer while you are in your home country????

maulik

Yes it is possible, but its conditional. You must be knowing that every country has got its own plus points and minus points , there are certain professions in Canada for which they are short of employees. Mainly they do have shortage for top management and for labors. If you are very highly qualified with qualifications like medical science, engineering, statistics, etc and you have very good relevant experience then you shall keep applying for jobs online, you may appear for telephonic interviews with companies, you may send your updated profile to the company's recruitment department by mail. you shall try all possible means to make yourself eligible for the jobs there because they will recruit some foreigner only if they do not get good local citizen for that job. There is a good scope for even skilled and semi skilled labors. Person having basic knowledge to operate machines, drivers, factory workers , mining workers, cooks, etc. These kind of jobs are also very easy to find.

You shall contact some local Canadian friend and know more about the country and you shall acquire qualifications or relevant experience so that you shall make yourself easily hireable. You shall take help from job portals, embassy websites and other blogs.

If you are very good and talented, maybe yes, you will get offers while you are sleeping in your home country.

Another alternative is to stop the job hunting madness and start thinking about becoming financially independent, and perhaps provide job(s) to people.
Please grow up for once.
