For young tourists and volunteers who have passion and love with Africa.
I lived in Spain and recently moved back to Tanzania.
I would love to give young people some useful information especially from Spain and all over.

Even am planing to travel to tanzana but worried about medical help over there. It seems there wont be that much support

If you are going for a short time you are best to take out a travel insurance policy to cover you for medical.
If it is long term you need to source a medical insurance provider to cover you.
