Looking for a appartment with furnitures in Munich

Hello everybody !
I m living currently in Paris and i have found a position in Munich. I am going to work there from June for at least 3 years.
I looking for a appartement with furnitures. Based on your experience, could you tell me if it is easy to find this kind of appartement and the average cost. Could you advise me some good websites or agency ?
Also i dont know very well this town,  if you could advise me where is better to live ?

In terms of rent, Munich is the most expensive city in Germany.
A room in a shared flat will cost you €400-600/month, a 1-room apartment €600-1000.
Furnished apartments are rare and cost more.
To find a place, you can either engage a property agent (and pay three months rent as fee), or check online classified ads like quoka.de or kijiji.de.
Please also note that a deposit equivalent to three months rent is usual.
