We are currently looking at 3 countries to retire to (D.R. Costa Rican & Belize).聽 My wife has a rare blood disorder (polycythemia) and she needs to have blood work done on a monthly basis.

We are looking for property where we have a view of the ocean but we do not want to be near it.聽 Can anyone suggest an area we should be concentrating on and is there is a medical clinic or hospital in the area?

Two very nice medical Institutions are in Belize city. But other areas with ocean view may have clinics capable of doing the test you need .聽 To get a specific answer one may have to address the various institutions.
