Hello any help greatly appreciated, my husband has been in Vietnam since August 2014 and brought with him a basic disclosure dated more than 6 months ago, now he has been offered work in Vietnam but needs another basic disclosure, how does he do this as he has not been living in the uk for the last 8 months, he has been in Vietnam.

I think you meant August 2013, if so he's been living here in VN for over the 6 month time frame and can get a VN police check that should satisfy his new employer's requirement.
