3 month sojourn to Barcelona

I currently work remotely at home for a software development company.聽 I could physically work from anywhere in the world as long as it had a high speed internet connection.

My wife and I are thinking Barcelona for a 3 month sojourn.聽 She's a teacher so she gets summers off.聽 I'd still be working but I'd be living in Barcelona while I work.

Is it feasible to rent an apartment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection for 3 months only?聽 Price range: $1000 US/Month?

Thoughts?聽 Opinions?

Hi! My boyfriend and I have been looking online for apartments and I reckon you could get something for your budget. It wouldn't be very big (say 50-60 sqm) and probably one bedroom. If you're willing to be a wee bit further out of the centre, you get more for your money. We have been in contact with a company called Modus Vivendi and the agent there, Christina has been so helpful. As has a company called Lucas Fox.
