I moved to Benghazi in April to live with my husband after over a year apart. His employer had offered me a job, however circumstances have meant that the job is no longer available. As you can imagine, being a housewife in Benghazi is not all it is cracked up to be so I'm keen to find some employment (I've put English/US employer in the title but am willing to look beyond provided I'm not required to speak any other languages.)

I'm not asking for details of any current vacancies, since I am happy to make those investigations myself but would like hear of potential employers based in Benghazi. If you work for an english speaking company in Benghazi, or if you work in Tripoli but know your employer has a base here too, I'd love to get the company name so that I can start making enquiries.

I have a degree in HR Management but have a wide range of experience in both private and public sector employment in the UK and am well suited to Team Administration and PA work.
