Apartments in Jubail

Hi. I'm living in Jubail since a month approx. and in 2 months my wife and son (2 years old) are coming too.
I'm looking for some apartment/flat/villa in Jubail, preferably in the Industrial City, for long term contract.
Can anybody tell me which is the best way to find accommodation there? I would like to know if there are real state companies who rent apartments in this area of Jubail.
Some compound (in Jubail or Jubail Industrial) could also be suitable for us.

you can visit or contact with several office of real state in jubail (like faiha area) . with noted that appartments include two rooms will be above 35 000 SR in royal commision area .
and villa above 70 000 .

my advice ,, to take apartment in dhahran , it will cheeper and life in dhahran is more enjoyable.
