Hi,
What is the process of purchasing a property in Anaklia or Kobuleti?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

also is there any website to search property?

Now, there is no restrictions to buy property for foreigners in Georgia. It was for agricultural land plots before but the governments lost low-case.
