Business Visa rejection

I wanted to visit my supplier factory in Al-Khobar , I got a letter of invitation in my companys name where I work as a production engineer. I fulfilled all the formalities including the fees and I was told to collect my passport yesterday from Eitamad office.

When I went there , my papers were returned without visa, the officer at the counter explained that Business Visas are only allowed for CEOs Directors, marketing and sales managers but not for production engineers.

What do I do now? Can some one guide please?
