I did not have to do whatever that webpage is for my visa. I sent in hard copies of everything to my visa handler in DC.
Did you try contacting tec_visasupport@mofa.gov.sa ? it was the email addy on the bottom of your link, looks like tech support or customer service

He doesn't need to have the picture IN the visa application as they will not be submitting it electronically.  The photo can be a separate file.

Conversely, send them hard copies and glue the pic to the application.  That's what they are going to do.

That doesn't happen often over here Philia...it's more often we asking ourselves, WTF?  Enjoy the sensible moments when they arrive, they will be few and far between.

I have been offered a faculty position at KFUPM. I am preparing my folder for the visa application. The last thing I need to do is fill the online enjaz form. I managed to import my photo but I realized that I do not know the answer to the questions Sponsor ID, ID Number, and Reference. I called Saudi Embassy in Washington DC. to get these information. I tried 3 times and in my last try they hang up the phone saying "I know your voice." After that I contacted Saudi Cultural Mission. They said they don't have these information and told me to call the Embassy. I would love to but my voice is on the black list. So where can I get this information?  Should I contact the University? Can they provide me these information? Any suggestions are welcome.

This is a new one LOL  Saudis have never heard of customer service--wait till you get here! lol

Anyway, I'd suggest you write or call the HR dept. at KFUPM and ask them for the information.  And do it today because Thursday and Friday are the weekend!

(I can't believe they don't have a visa agency in DC handling this for you!)

My husband finally got his employment contract and other info by courier from his prospective employer in Jubail, KSA.

Now we need to get started with the employment visa thru Saudi embassy consulate in NY.

One thing that's bothering us is that the profession on his employment contract is different from the position he is hired from. Is this normal or are we just being overanxious? Should we sign it or let it go?

Hi Philia...I know it's been a while, but do you recall how you resolved this problem.  Hubby and I tried everything to get the pic approved, and even tried emailing enjaz tech support...  Any feedback's appreciated!

Hi I got offer as a lecturer from KSU. I got my signed employment contract 6 weeks ago. They said that  they are processing my work visa. Its been 6 weeks, I did not hear anything from my employer. Can anyone give me idea how long it take for work visa authorization. I have teach classes from 26 January. My employer said that once I get work visa authorization, I have to apply visa through Saudi Cultural office London. Obviously, I have to get attested my educational certificates. Its time taking process. Can anyone can give me idea how long it take whole process of work visa  authorization and degrees attestation. I dont think so that I will be able to manage everything before 26 january 2013.
