Cost of living in small towns in Chile

Dear All,

What can be the cost of living for a couple without kids in small town of Chile??

and what are the best small towns?? I heard that it is always recommended that if u need to have TRV and your finances are low then always advisable to live in small town where the cost of living is less?? if this is right please someone will guide me which one is better?? Where there must be some job opportunities too??
