The closest thing I've seen to recycling in Tana is the Atelier of DIEUDONNÉ ET VIOLETTE in Tana which is focused on social entrepreneurship.

Anjara - Tsara Vintana, I think ... which is based in Tamatave but you can check if it operates in other areas of Madagascar. I know that it is a pretty serious company because to the best of my knowledge, it provides waste-management-related services to Ambatovy project
