A Scotsman learning Afrikaans - South African help required!

Hi all,
I have been in Jeddah for 3 years and have been slowly (but poorly) learning Afrikaans. I am married to a S African and need to get a trip on this fantastic language!
If there are any Afrikaans speaking SAs out there who would be willing to offer some assistance with spreading the language??? I am also willing to pay for some tuition, perhaps once a fortnight, as I need the accountability.
If not teaching, then socialising in Afrikaans would be a good alternative
