I am planning my first trip to Baguio as I have to be cool I am a person that like people and I need info
Baguio. I do know some of the culture and have lived in Cebu for about 3 years. But way to hot . I need
info on a apartment and the cost for the area

Because it is the Summer Capital you will find it is much more expensive than Cebu.
