To get a visa for whatever country you wish to go to you first need to contact the embassy of that country for visa information.

No need to send your paper to cairo.You need to apply for visa at Egyptian embassy in tunesia.You can get the phone no. from phone information and call the embassy they will tell you what you need to apply for visa
