Hi, my company are looking for the office around 140 sqm for leasing at District 2, or preferable near Nguyen Huu Canh. Anyone can introduce for me? 2nd option to buy at 500 sqm buildings non-share with others, also the same location if available. Thank you.

I have: 500 sq m - Samco Building - 326 Vo Van Kiet, Dist 1 (5 mins to Thu Thiem Tunnel):
Rental: 15 USD/sq m/month
Management fee: 2 $/sq m /month

Hell of a high 'management' fee. Even for Quan 1.

It takes around 15-20 minutes to make that journey providing it's not rush hour and the winds blowing the right way Nice road, terrible design.
