Bengalis  who worship Maa Durga and reside in Muscat and around assemble for the three days celebration of Durga Puja in Oman in the city of Muscat. Bangiya Parishad conducts this puja at the Hindu temple in Sohar which is in old Muscat.

Where exactly in sohar if u can tell me it will be gr8. I live in wadi kabir. And also if u can tell me the dates I can come for the puja.

There are two temples in Muscat as far as I know. There is one in the old Muscat and one in Darsait, The one in Old Muscat is a Shiva Temple and the one in Darsait is a Krishna one. I am sure the Durga Pooja would take place at the one in Darsait, it always does every year.
