Hello,

i am travelling to Makati next week and looking for accommodation near Ayala avenue. I am looking for studio or 1br apartment, my budget is around 20k per month.

initially i m looking for apartment for 3 months, and if my work extend it will be for 6 months and more.

I am looking for apartment/condo/studio near Ayala avenue and around 20k/month.
the unit should include required appliances and should be semi/full furnished.

I have units for rent at 4938 Enrique St., Palanan, Makati City.聽 You can google it.聽 Its close to Ayala Avenue.
The units are fully renovated with aircons, cooktop and rangehood.聽
One bedroom is P16K per month
Two bedrooms is P18K per month
Inclusive of Association dues.聽
