I am new to Nha Trang and looking to meet people. I am also looking for a place to stay. Can anyone offer any advice?

You should choose the place near Tran Quang Khai, Nguyen Thien Thuat, Hung Vuong street, because there are many foreigners and conveniences for you.

I stayed in, and looked at quite a few places. I have been staying at Apus now for over a month now. Clean, new, safe. great family run it, and one honest cleaner. Very comfortable.
