requirements for small home based business

Hello everyone

I'm planning to open a small home based business here in Egypt that won't need any prior investment. Can anybody tell me if I will need a work permit for that (I only have a residency permit). Also I would like to know if there is any other requirements for this type of very small businesses. Your help is much appreciated.

i think but you may ask聽 that running a business in a home that is registered for people housing is forbidden
when you try to make your聽 tax papers , it may be refused for that reason
