To tell the truth, I have a little contribution.
Together with a friend of mine, bringing together various experiences, wrote a sort of booklet whose title is 鈥淓spatriati鈥�.
It鈥檚 in Italian language and it is about the impact of western countries鈥� people as soon as they step into a foreign country, especially if it has a 鈥渘on western culture鈥�.
This impact, which is sometimes rather difficult and frustrating, is analyzed under a psychological and sociological perspective in order to help people to manage it at their best.
