For KSA until your Residence / Iqama is not made you cannot make a legal contract with anyone usually.
For starters you have to live in a hotel room which d have rent of around 100 SAR per night. If for one month then the rent of hotel room d come down considerably. You dont need contractors you have to do hunting of home with state agent (AQARI in arabic). Initial time is always hard but if your are alone during this time it d pass easily.
