Hello!

聽聽聽聽I was the third foreign woman to live in the village of Las Terrenas, Samana Province, Dominican Republic.聽 My husband was a U.S. diplomat stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic from 1975-1978.聽 He was the first foreigner to build a vacation house in Las Terrenas.聽 This was in 1977.聽 From 1978 to 1998 we spent three months a year in Las Terrenas.
