moving from Dubai to Virginia

Hi! I really need help and I would highly appreciate if anyone can guide us! We are moving from Dubai to North Virginia and need help to decide which county would be best for us.My husband's work is in Crystal city and we have 2 kids, 4 and 5.5. They're currently in a British system thus in Kg1 and Year 1 respectively. We are planning to rent a house, in a nice neighborhood which has an exemplary schooling district.
Please advise!

Burke is nice, and very close to Arlington, Mt. Vernon and Alexandria.
