Hi,

I m looking for a piece of land to build a sustainable home. I m in love with Scotland. Does anyone have an idea of what to look out for? How difficult this may be? Especially as a foreigner. I would even consider joining a community, if there are any?! Any hints and tips are appreciated.

I suggest a Google search first to see if you can actually buy land in Scotland. If okay then start an online search for something suitable.
