Have some English group in HCMC such as: zolo coffee in D1, vong nguyen coffee in Binh Thanh dist, one coffee in D7 i dont remember the name ... You can search on Google. Welcome to VN!

Welcome to Sai Gon, Andy.
There is a new coffee shop called Lib at 130 Cao Thang Street (D.10), the parking is a little bit tricky though. They have English club on Mon, Wed and Sun I think.
I believe the one Burin mentioned in D.7 is Red Cup. I went there about 2 years ago.
There are some cool event as well.
There is a book-swap event today around 7PM at DeciBel Lounge (79/2/5 Phan K锚 B铆nh, DaKao Ward, D.1).
I think you will have a lot of fun here.
