Support Group in Berlin for English speakers

Post new topic

ashy39

Hello wonderful people,

I'm in the process of setting up a support group in Berlin for English speakers who deal with depression, anxiety and more specifically social anxiety. I'm looking for people who are also in Berlin and looking for some support. This group is still in the brainstorming stage and would welcome suggestions as to what the group could be/ what support people need.

I would love to create a safe space for people to share experiences & struggles. Somewhere we can host workshops and learn from each other. Somewhere to be creative and learn new skills. Somewhere we feel safe and a place to begin to grow.

Are you looking for this too?
Sending good vibes to you all,

Ash

Hi,

I am reaching out to you in regards to my partner. Have you managed to get a group going? My partner is going through quite a lot currently and I think a support group with people going through similar issues could be beneficial.

Any information, or other groups that you are aware of please let me know.

Thank you,

Sam
