No Iqama, im on a 90 days work visa, can i move to another company?

hi there

i am currently on a work visit visa for 90 days, this is my first month with this company, i heard from HR that i will not be getting an iqama :-( i have a husband and three children that i need with me. Can i apply now for another job and leave this recruiting company? What is the process and who can i approach to assist me. The recruiter has also kept my passport since i arrived over a month ago, what can i do, please assist me.

No you'll not be able to work in another company, I suggest you go to your embassy with your contract and papers and see what would they suggest.

u can look for green companies, if u know one and ur Iqama already expired u can transfer sponsorship directly with out ur old sponsor.
