How to register a business in shenzhen

Post new topic

village boy

I'm wanting to register a Consulting  business in Shenzhen. I'm keen to know a few basics:

1.Cost of registration. Govt charges.
2. Cost of preparing registration...local consultant.
3. Money required to be held in Bank account at start up
4. Name of a reputable local consultant to help with registration

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks,

Bryan

It depends on what kind of entity you want to set up.

If you just set up the Representative Office, no registration capital required. If you want to set up wholly owned foreign enterprise aka WOFE, for trading, the registration capital is rmb500,000 for consultancy or service company, it is rmb100,000.

the company is set up first then you open the bank account, then wire your capital from your overseas bank account.

The government charge will be around 1000 rmb which depends on your registration address .

I had written an article about WOFE Vs RO for the tax, registration capital, function and such. you can add my skype:jayz123, then I can send it to you for your reference coz i am not sure If i can post it here.

Cheers
Chester
