Looking for a Football team/group to join in Antwerpen

Hello my name is Hannes and i recently moved to Antwerpen from Iceland. I don't speak dutch yet but my English is good. I was wondering if some team/group that is playing football weekly needs one good player to their team. It don't have to be to serious! I just want to keep myself fit and make some new friends in Antwerpen.

Also I like jogging if someone is looking for a running partner or know a running group in Antwerpen.
