is there any service similar to Cable Tv or Dish TV or Satellite Tv which provides Indian Channels + Trace Channel + MTV Africa etc in Tripoli.

You will have to buy "Pehla" cards to get Indian channels on Nilesat.

Or you can have a "dongle" setup....... see my other post on this, which will give you all Indian channels for free on Nilesat.
