How easy is it to resign a job in Saudi ?
Do they make it difficult to leave?

Depends on your notice period. But you can resign and leave anytime you want. My last company did stop my last payment when i resigned and left the country and they wanted me to sign something that would not let me work in another company for a few years. I ignored and told them i was going to take legal action after which they released my payment. Lesson learned, know your rights.
