I need some advise on wh脿t land is renting for per square metre in bucuresti. I am looking to rent out some land.

land value depends widely on where it is, and what it is purposed for.

Its situated in Bucharest ghencea.we have been approached by a company who wish to rent / lease a strip of Land. Just wondering what the price might be per metre square to rent. Its a residential street too

Like everyone stated above, it depends on the area. You get from 1 Euro / sq m to 10+ Euro, depending on location, infrastructure, plot size etc. I suggest you either contact a realtor to get up to date prices. I am sure they would be happy to give a free estimate as to what is the current trend in the market. Good luck.
