IELTS course considering Al Faisal international academy

I am considering taking an IELTS course soon so i can take the test, i found on the internet that they have courses at the British聽 council or embassy also i found another place called Al Faisal international academy, does anyone know聽 if these places are any good also if you have any other recommendations much appreciated
