Hi,

I have an offer of 25000 AED per month, housing and school is covered by the company also ticket to home. Is it a good offer for family of 4 ?

Thats a good salary, depending on the life style you are expecting and where you are from ofcourse. You can live well and also save plenty aswell for that much money if housing and school is covered.
