Old and New condominium : price per sqm in Chiang Mai

Price can vary widely in Chiang Mai from 20,000 THB per sqm for old building to over 60,000 THB per sqm for new build condominium.

Price will also depend on the facilities ( lift, security card, swimming pool, etc...) and the location in Chiang Mai

If you have bought a condominium or have precise information ( not from a overstated asking price we can usually find on internet ) please provide :

- condominium name :
- location :
- size (sqm)
- price paid
- year bought
- any others informations about the condominium facilities
- any others informations about the condominium condition, used, new, refurbished, furnished, bath tub, balcony, etc..
- if you have rent it, rental income can also be useful to calculate the return on investment or estimate the value of the condominium as per today
