Hello folks,

I'm planning to pursue my Masters study from St.Petersburg Polytechnic University (Fall 2015 admission). I wanted the know how is the atmosphere at St. Petersburg as a whole for foreign students. Is it safe and do people with colored skin face any kind of racism聽 (source : online forums, blogs, news). How is the quality of education at St.Petersburg ?
