London Central ???

Hi

suppose this is a perennial question for anyone moving to London, but I'm looking for a small room to rent long term central London. Trying to organize this prior to going as I'm not keen on paying for commercial accommodation and there insane rental fees. Professional male none smoker, put me in the attic or barn i don't care as long as it's clean.

Looking to move in the next week.

Before setting out to London could anyone comment on locations to be best accommodated ? I've heard east London is pretty ruff and other parts are dirty (like every city I'm sure) but out of North, East, South, West, wheres ok?

I really recommend Greenwich, which is in the South.

Hi musicmad, it really depends on your budget. It looks as if you aren't too concern about the size (which is a plus, I suppose). To get an indicative price, you might like to check out London Property Watch.
