Looking to invest in a small business in Molde

Good day, I have sold my dive school in Panama and am looking to invest in a small business in Molde, a franchise would be an option but I am open for everything.I am a 46 year old Dutch citizen and have always worked in tourism, mainly the dive industry.I speak English, Dutch, German & Spanish and hope to learn Norwegian quickly.Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? or is anyone looking for an investing partner?

I'm unsure the type of business your seeking to become apart of, however, if you find something you're interested in or you have contacts in Molde, please help me, as I am currently trying to get a job in Molde in June!
